REGISTRATION INCLUSIONS
Networking and council visits – July 24 and 25, 2007
Conference registration includes all pre-conference activities, which are exclusive to delegates. Travel to and from stated meeting points, some travel between venues and lunches are at delegate’s own expense. Some morning/afternoon teas and travel during tours will be provided by host councils. Bookings are essential directly through host councils.
Conference – July 26 and 27, 2007
Registration includes attendance at welcome function and post-conference drinks, conference sessions, morning and afternoon teas, buffet lunches, delegate satchel, name tag and conference program. Registration between 8.30 and 9.30 am both days.
Day registration
Day registration includes attendance at all conference sessions on the day of attendance, morning and afternoon teas, buffet lunch, name tag and conference program. Registration between 8.30am – 9.30am both days. (Conference Dinner Ticket is not included but may be purchased separately - $90 per person)
Conference Dinner – Thursday July 26 at 7.00 pm
Tickets an additional cost, $90 per person. Join colleagues old and new for an enjoyable dinner and evening of entertainment with local stars including National Institute of Circus Arts’ performers, Prahran Town Hall. Download the Dinner Flyer.
CONCESSION REGISTRATION
Concession price is available to full time students of recognised tertiary educational institutions, government concession or pension card holders and for artists on low incomes whose attendance is not funded by an organisation.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellations must be notified in writing to Chapel Off Chapel by email chapel@stonnington.vic.gov.au. Cancellations before July 13 2007 will incur a $100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations after July 13 cannot be accepted, however delegates are welcome to arrange for another delegate to attend in their place. All refunds will be paid at the conclusion of the conference.
REGISTRATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Your registration and payment will be acknowledged in writing with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form. The registration form is an approved Tax Invoice by the Australian Tax Office.
PAYMENT METHODS
Full payment should accompany Registration Forms. Payment may be made by credit card, cheque or money order payable to 'Chapel Off Chapel'. Please print delegate name and organization on back and forward to Chapel Off Chapel.
