Richard Holt is currently employed as Urban Art Officer for the City of Port Phillip. He is an artist and writer with a wealth of experience in cultural policy development. He was founding coordinator of Platform Artists Group and the Platform and Platform2 exhibition venues as well as helping to establish the ‘Sticky’, zine and artists book outlet. He is also former coordinator of Port Phillip Library Service, has edited a number of visual art publications including ‘Artists Talk’.
