Marion Matthews is the Regional Arts Development Officer, Wimmera Cultural Partnership, Regional Arts Victoria. Prior to this was the Cultural Development Officer and Drought Community Development Officer with Horsham Rural City Council. Originally arriving in the Wimmera to take up employment in the welfare industry, Marion has been actively involved in community and arts development in the region over a 25 year period.
