Jorge Torrico has a Degree in Multicultural Studies and Post Graduate Diploma in Organisational Behaviour. Prior to working at Hobsons Bay Jorge has worked in local government, mental health and employment services to ensure that services are culturally and linguistically relevant to migrant and new emerging communities.
