Andy Miller is a Senior Arts Officer at Arts Victoria. Previously, he was a Cultural Development Officer at Yarra and Wyndham Councils. Andy worked in the psychiatric services sector in the 90’s, where he was involved in establishing and running arts programs in Melbourne's northern suburbs. Andy has worked on community development projects across Australia, India, Vietnam and New York and was a member of Splinters Theatre Company from 1987-1992. He was part of the Connies Coalition, and was on the Board of the Cultural Development Network and Urban Art Group. He still manages to occasionally dedicate time to his arts practice.
