Framework of 4.1

Why 'pillars'? There are at least two dozen metaphors, as good as, if not better than, pillars.
But seriously, lens, framework, dimension or perspective offer a much clearer impression of the proposed applications of this conception.
And, why just sustainability? Are there not many other aspects of human existence in which culture fills an essential function?
One could equally well envisage culture as being one of the Four:

• Goals of Governance
• Hallmarks of Happiness
• Harbingers of Health
• Indicators of Inclusion
• Indices of Innovation
• Lenses (or lozenges) of Liquidity
• Keys of Connection
• Perspectives of Progress
• Petals of Participation
• Pillows of Peace
• Pivots of Planning
• Roots of Resilience
• Rudiments of Respect
• Strands of Sustainability
• Wings of Wellbeing
• Vectors of Vitality
