Paul Holton is Manager, Arts and Leisure for Latrobe City Council. His role encompasses overall management of Latrobe City’s cultural facilities and programs. He has worked in arts administration and cultural development for fifteen years and was part of the team that initiated the highly successful Wangaratta Festival of Jazz. Paul is a former member of the Australia Council’s Community Cultural Development Board.
